Please provide the desired setup time for event. This includes date and time of setup for your event.

Please list the anticipated attendance number for the event.

With the usage of the facility it is required after the use of the space to restore it to the way it was found in layout. This is to ensure that the location is ready for use for ministry purposes in the upcoming week. If cleaning and restoration of room back to its standard use are not completed there will be a $50 fee charged for the locations restoration.
